This course provides an in-depth exploration of fossil fuels and economic geology, focusing on the principles and practices of mineral and energy resource exploration and exploitation. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the formation, distribution, and economic significance of mineral and energy resources, and the environmental and social implications of their extraction and use.
